We make subcontracting agreements for plastic products for diverse range of commercial and industrial needs. For us, it is important to have comprehensive expertise in the plastics field - we know the both materials and the best working and most skilled production engineers who can advise on finding the right solution. As a subcontractor, the products made are often a part of the customer's final product and we will ensure that parts match the characteristics, quality and even the colors of the entirety.

Design
Our design is based on comprehensive management; we design products, for which needed molds are prepared based on a file and the necessary tools used in production. The departure point for everything is based on customer need, and already at the design stage our experts clarify the implementation possibilities for the product. We map out with the customer the technical starting points of the product, its operating characteristics and environment, and what quality standards in must be adhered to in production.
We take into account in our design:
• The properties of the plastic (technical characteristics, qualities and durability)
• Mold preparation
• Production and machinery methods
Mold manufacturing
We design molds and design the products according to customer specifications. We manufacture all the necessary molds and tools for the products ourselves. Though our strong professionalism and appropriate software, we will arrive at an innovative and efficient outcome.
We use the IDEAS CAD/CAM program for modeling and tool line development. We make product-specific vacuum forming molds, either by machine or from ATLAS-M130 mold casting. Molds may also be tempered when the products are of equal quality. Machining proto types from MDF board is inexpensive, from which we also manufacture mold casting billets. We fabricate large pieces in segments.
Our Fadal VMV-6030 HT Machining Center is able to work a 750x1500 cm sized piece from a single part. From larger pieces than this, we work on the pieces in segments or parts. We manufacture from casting molds as well as from fiberglass or polyurethane to the manufactured copies.
CNC machine work
We use a demanding vacuum forming accuracy opening a five-axle Geiss machining center, which is the only one of its kind in Finland. The linear motors of the machine allow a transfer rate as high as 130 m/min.
Robotics work:

Further processing of vacuum forming work is done by means of the five-axle CNC portal robot either at our headquarters in Riihimäki or at our workplace in Tallinn.
Customized work
The accuracy required for customized work is done either mechanically or manually. Different types of bends and gluing are implemented at our or production facilities at Riihimäki or Tallinn.

Polyurethane manufacturing
Our subsidiary, Technoura Oy, specializes in polyurethane product design and production. Final products are different padding parts and so-called, rigid PUR products.
We work at the same premises in Riihimäki and try to fully exploit each other's knowledge, in which value-added products improve. We offer products, whose design and tool production is flexibly under the same roof.
